hey, no but i managed to solve the problem anyway. turns out the
installation image for ns2 has the dtb attached to the zImage, which is
different from the one for ns2lite. uboot refuses to boot if i load a dtb
with a kernel which has the dtb attached, so i had to isolate the zImage
from the attached dtb and load the correct one.
my ns2lite is up and running right now.
